Following any enquiry, our specialists assemble a detailed job specification and select suitable candidates from an extensive database. Details of candidates who fit the employers requirements exactly are submitted for consideration by the client.

All candidates registered with the agency are thoroughly interviewed and an assessment made of their qualifications, experience, personality and job aspirations.

This procedure is of great benefit to employers and bypasses the lengthy and expensive process of advertising vacancies, responding to candidates enquires and making selections for initial interviews. It also makes available to employers a ready supply of high calibre pre-assessed candidates.

The agency offers an attractive introduction fee and refund rates, as detailed in our T.O.B.

If required we are also able to advertise specific vacancies on behalf of clients and compile a preselected short list of candidates. All preliminary correspondence, such as rejections or interview confirmations, etc, is carried out through STR.
